Minna Jain
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access (DEIA) Educator
DEIA Organization Development Consultant
Expert Facilitator
Systemic equity is hard work. It challenges us to enter into a conversation with ourselves, with history, and with each other; a conversation that never ends. I help individuals, communities and organizations move from personal and interpersonal cultural fluency to systemic equity, achieving organizational relevance through structural change and equitable process. Together, we can turn the conversation into transformation.
